Background
Robert Turner holds a PhD in Government from Cornell University (Mellon Foundation Completion Fellowship; Russell Sage Foundation Graduate Fellowship). From 2010–2013 he was a research associate at the Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences (ICES) and Women’s College Hospital, Toronto, collaborating on epidemiology research from grant application through publication.
